SEATTLE — Vice President Joe Biden is stopping in Seattle on his way to the 2010 Winter Olympics in Vancouver, B.C. He will be the keynote speaker at a fund-raising breakfast with Senator Patty Murray, D-Wash. this morning at 8 a.m. at the Westin Hotel in downtown Seattle.
