White House Calling on Congress to Pass Online Privacy Law
The Obama administration came out today in favor of a consumer privacy bill of rights that will provide protection to consumers online. The call for enhanced privacy, or “do not track”, would provide users with the ability to opt out of any online tracking and the collection of data about online browsing habits.
